Dear St. Margaret’s Friends and Families,
Normally, at this time of year I find myself flooded with mixed emotions as the thought of some summer downtime is offset by the realization that our school community as we currently know it will never be the same again. It’s a time to say goodbye to the senior class and bid farewell to friends and colleagues, all the while knowing that in a few short months we will come together again, rejuvenated by time away with friends and family and ready to kick off …

By Lara Farhadi, Director of Advancement
The end of the school year is almost here, and we want to thank the parents, alumni, grandparents, faculty and staff who have already participated in this year’s Annual Fund. Thanks to your support, we have raised almost $1.1 million and closing in on our goal!
We are still working on one important number – parent participation. As a school, we have significantly fewer supporters than large charities and higher education institutions, so every gift at every level is especially important.
With that in mind, we are …

By Lora Allison, Director of Community Life
During this time of year, schools take time to celebrate. We recognize the growth of children, the opportunities that they have been given throughout the year, and maybe most importantly we take time to celebrate the strength and spirit of our community. This year, we must pause and acknowledge the recent devastation in Moore, Oklahoma, where the safety of schools was turned upside down by the tornados on May 20. We know that natural disasters occur, and yet when images and stories come from …

Dear Parents,
As we look toward the end of our year together, I would like to thank you for supporting our school and for your wonderful children who make our lives so meaningful. Every year, we ask you to share your thoughts on our program in the form of the parent survey. As a researcher, I find this information critical to the work we do. For those of you who attended the Tartan Talk where I shared the survey results from last year, you remember that the data becomes more reliable …
