2013-2014 Re-enrollment Contracts

Dear St. Margaret’s Parents,

We are pleased to announce that re-enrollment contracts for the 2013-2014 school year will be in the mail soon. As we begin our 35th year, we do so with a deep appreciation for the school we are today. Our programs are broad and deep, our students are talented, personable and resilient, and interest in St. Margaret’s among prospective students and families has never been higher. These are exciting times to be a Tartan!

The process by which our Board of Trustees has set tuition levels for the coming year has been thoughtful and responsible. The increase reflects a continued commitment to providing a superior St. Margaret’s education through an outstanding faculty, small class sizes, abundant enrichment and extracurricular opportunities and state of the art technologies and resources in a safe and secure environment. As in the past, we will continue to provide need-based financial aid to those families who qualify for assistance. All financial aid applications for re-enrolling families are due to the Business Office on Thursday, February 28. In the coming days, re-enrollment contracts will be delivered via postal mail to your homes. In an effort to be environmentally conscious and reduce costs, we have streamlined the re-enrollment packet to contain only the contracts and important payment option details. Re-enrollment information is also available on our website at http://www.smes.org/main/parent_enrollment_forms.aspx.

The deadline to return re-enrollment contracts with deposits to ensure spaces for the 2013-2014 school year is February 13. As in past years, families have the option to pay full re-enrollment tuition (2% discount) or with a credit card (no discount) by February 13. If you choose the 3-Payment Plan, please note that the 2nd payment is due on Friday, May 31st. The 10-Payment Plan option remains the same as last year.

This year we have received a record number of qualified admission applicants, and we anticipate full enrollment with wait lists in virtually every grade, 9th grade in particular. Please be sure to submit your signed re-enrollment contract (s) and deposit by the February 13 deadline.
