With the help of the St. Margaret’s community, Upper School students Carolyn King, Alissa Ohanesian, Harout Ohanesian and Victoria Lee, founders of the club Books for a Brighter Future, organized a book drive that resulted in a successful turnout of nearly 4,000 books within a three-week period. Having collected a variety of new to gently-used books, the group donated them to some of San Juan Capistrano’s local schools in need of library resources.
