fallccIn an unprecedented achievement, all St. Margaret’s Fall varsity sports that compete in the Academy League won first place in the league. These championships are no mystery—our athletes are motivated and skilled, with dedicated coaches, five of whom won Coach of the Year in an Academy League competition in which they are nominated and selected by a group of their peers.

The five Coaches of the Year are Coach Dylan Wade, Coach Rob Lakeman, Coach Rocky Parker, Coach Susie Maga and Coach Rick Trager.

Eight teams made up of 196 athletes play Fall sports at St. Margaret’s, including Boys Cross-Country, Girls Cross-Country, Football, Girls Golf, Girls Tennis, Girls Volleyball, Equestrian, and Cheerleading.

Other notable achievements in Fall sports include the undefeated Girls Tennis team achieving a record of 50-0 during a two-year period and winning the CIF Championship, the Girls Cross-Country achieving the status of CIF runner-up, the Boys Cross-Country team finishing fourth in CIF finals, Girls Golf qualifying for CIF, Girls Volleyball becoming the Pasadena Poly Tournament Champion and CIF semifinalist, and Football maintaining an impressive record of only one loss in the past four years.

Congratulations to the athletes and coaches of fall sports at St. Margaret’s.
