Dear Parents:
As school ends and you make your plans for summer vacations, I wanted to remind you that student tuition fees on this month’s billing must be paid by June 30th. After this date, students whose tuition fees are not current will be placed in the admission wait pool and their enrollment spaces offered to new students.  If the outstanding fees are subsequently paid, students will be given priority for re-enrollment from the wait pool if space becomes available.

We have an admission wait pool of prospective students, whose first choice would be St. Margaret’s, who must shortly make a commitment elsewhere if we have no enrollment spaces available.  We know that every year there are a few current students who, for various reasons, do not return in the fall.  Unfortunately, we are often not informed of their withdrawal until late in the summer when prospective students have made other commitments.

I know many of you have already pre-paid tuition for the year or have paid your June balance.  You have nothing to worry about; your student’s place is assured.  For those of you who have not yet paid your June balance, I would encourage you to make sure it reaches us by June 30th to reserve your student’s enrollment space.
